These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Together we Stick ("we", "us", or "our"), and the purchase of any products sold through it (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, to place an order on our Site.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because every item we sell is handmade and customized using photos and personalization text supplied by you, please be aware of the following:

• Minor variations in print color, alignment, cropping, sheen, or finish are inherent to custom production and do not by themselves indicate a defective product.
• Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet begun creating your magnets. Once production starts, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
• All sales of personalized items are final, subject to the remake and damage-resolution terms set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

User-Submitted Content — Your Photos & Text

When you upload photos via our personalization tool (NINEMAGS) or submit personalization text (collectively "User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the User Content strictly for the purpose of producing your order.
• The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other right of any third party (including, without limitation, characters, logos, or images owned by entertainment, media, or sports organizations).
• The User Content is not obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to refuse to produce any order whose User Content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Together we Stick and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) any claim of copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual-property infringement based on your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or right of a third party.

Orders & Acceptance

Your submitted order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with uploaded images. A binding contract is formed when we send the order-confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in USD (U.S. Dollars). Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax (such as Georgia state tax) is calculated and disclosed before you complete your payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers (e.g., USPS) and are not guaranteed by us, particularly for made-to-order products that require an additional production window.

Intellectual Property — Site Content

All content on the Site (other than your User Content) — including logos, product imagery, copy, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Together we Stick and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any such content without our prior written permission.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your interaction with the Site is also subject to Shopify's terms of service. Nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for the platform itself to Together we Stick.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together we Stick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of any party; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site; (d) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or systems; or (e) submit fraudulent orders.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
